Known for her personal dedication and keen ability to understand each client’s unique needs, she serves as both a trusted partner and knowledgeable guide, making the real estate journey enjoyable and rewarding.

Since becoming a Realtor, Lauren has remained actively involved with the Greater Owensboro Board of Realtors, serving on the Board of Directors in roles including Treasurer, Annual Director, and 3-Year Director. She has contributed to several key committees and, in recognition of her service and impact, was named Realtor of the Year in 2020.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren and her husband Steven co-founded SJL Properties, a mission-driven real estate venture aimed at revitalizing lower-income areas of Owensboro. Together, they purchase and renovate homes to offer updated, affordable rentals that instill pride and support those in need.

Lauren and Steven, who will celebrate their 11th anniversary in April, are proud parents to two daughters—Olivia (12) and Giuliana (8). For Lauren, real estate is more than a career—it’s a family lifestyle. Though her schedule is often full, she always makes it a priority to be home for homework time around the kitchen table.
